Starter:
Choose 1 plate between:
- Green broth with chorizo and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
- Mixed field leaves with sauteed mushroom cepes
- Caldo verde with chorizo and infused with extra virgin olive oil
- Fish and shrimp soup from our coast
- Mixed wild leaves with sauteed mushrooms and crepes
- Shrimp sauteed with garlic and coriander, refreshed with Tawny port wine
- Our selection of traditional Alentejo sausages and national cheeses
Main Course Fish, Meat and Vegan
Choose 1 plate between:
- Sea bass fillet from the coast of Cascais in a rice dish made with shellfish from Cabo de Espichel
- Seared cod loin, slowly stewed onions, portuguese potatoes, drizzled with extra virgen olive oil and finished witholives and fresh coriander
- Octopus tentacles, crushed new potatoes, sauteed turnip greens with roasted peppers and black garlic mayonnaise
- Seafood Rice is prepared with, octopus, fish, shrimp and mussels, enriched with citrus notes and finished with a fresh touch of coriander.
- Confit duck leg glazed in purple muscat wine from our Palmela wine region, in a risotto with wild mushrooms from the Arrábida mountains
- Confid black pork cheeks in Touriga Nacional red wine with truffled potato cream and sautéed seasonal vegetables
- Grilled Portuguese lamb ribs with sweet potato purée and vegetable glaze
- Slow-braised beef Alcatra inthe tradicional style of Terceira island, involved in a rich and aromatic sauce, served with potatoes that absorb all the flavors, in an authentic and conforting dish
- Grilled vegetables in a roasted cauliflower and garlic puree
- Vegetable curry with a smooth spicyness, coconut milk and mint leaves

- Crème fraîche flavoured with burnt lemongrass
- Chocolate mousse with fleur de sel and extra virgen olive oil
